Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Because the van comes to you, failure to board the van within 10 minutes of your appointment time will result in service cancellation so that we can stay on time with all travel requirements for appointments that day. No call/no show cancellations will result in block from booking.
